PGL-B series spray drying granulator
Detailed description
This machine is suitable for granulating and drying of various materials such as Chinese patent medicine extract granules, tablet granules and western medicine, food solid instant beverages and organic or inorganic chemical products, plastics, fertilizers, dyes and feeds.
Features:
● Multi-fluid atomizer, more suitable for polysaccharides, viscous or heat sensitive products.
● After the important changes have been made to the structure of the spray drying chamber, the collection chamber, the fluidized bed and the secondary air supply system, the more appropriate flaws show the characteristics of spray drying.
● Design, manufacture and layout in accordance with the requirements of “GMP”.
● A continuous extract spray process.
● Easy and reliable operation.
● Improve spray drying efficiency.
● It is more stable than FL type fluidization, improves fluidized drying strength and overcomes the phenomenon of "dead bed".

● Pharmaceutical industry: tablets, granules, capsule granules; low-sugar, sugar-free proprietary Chinese medicine granules.
