Detailed description
Applications:

Equipment process technology:
working principle:
The material powder particles are in an annular fluidized state in a raw material container (fluidized bed), are preheated and mixed by the purified heated air, atomized and sprayed into the binder solution, and aggregated several particles into the binder. The agglomerate, due to the continuous drying of the hot air to the material, causes the water in the pellet to evaporate and the binder to solidify. This process is repeated repeatedly to form ideal, uniform microporous spherical particles.
