Third, the sludge dedicated hollow blade dryer equipment description:
1. The main equipment adopts hollow double paddle dryer, which is suitable for drying various types of sludge.
2. Dry material property parameters: The sludge produced by the material sewage treatment plant, the material is filtered by the high pressure plate frame, and the material temperature is normal temperature.
3. Production requirements and material parameters: 28 tons of biochemical sludge is treated every day, and 25 tons of physicochemical sludge is treated every day. The heat source medium is saturated with steam, and the final product is powdery.
4. The material of the contact between the dryer and the sludge is made of stainless steel.
5. Design and supply exhaust gas treatment equipment according to material conditions, and configure dust removal and deodorization facilities.
